We recently broke ground on a new single family residential development in Clute, Texas. We have several lots available located on Luciana and Brazos Streets with custom homes to build ranging from 1100 to 1300 square feet. Are goal is to help cleanup and update the older neighborhoods in Clute; we believe that with all of the Petrochemical Construction and expansions in the area that Clute will be the next big City to live in.
